site survey.
The Macro Energy site survey captures every area of the site to
ensure existing technology is captured. Light levels are
documented throughout the facility to ensure the development
of a solution that maximizes light levels and light quality. Existing
structural wiring and panels are inspected to confirm
compatibility and mitigate any potential installation issues.
Existing controls systems are inspected and documented to
verify compatibility and explore the possibility of upgrades.
Multiple design iterations ensure LED lighting solutions exceed
client expectations.
Complete photometrics are generated to ensure the proposed
solution provides appropriate light levels and light quality. 3D
renderings are created to illustrate the expected result and
provided to the client for approval. Multiple options are typically
suggested in areas where Macro Energy engineers have
identified possible energy, controls, or aesthetic upgrades.
The Macro Energy design team explores the use of controls and
other add-on energy conservation measures and presents them
where appropriate or desired

Before a project begins, a pre-construction meeting sets the
tone for a safe and successful project. This meeting identifies key
stakeholder requirements and establishes an installation
schedule to minimize impact to a clients’ core operation.
Project management handles all aspects of the utility rebate
process to ensure our clients capture every available dollar from
their utility. This includes application submission, documentation,
pre & post inspection, and follow up.
Throughout implementation, the project manager provides
progress updates to identify what has been installed and
address potential issues.
At the conclusion of every installation – the project management
team delivers a project report card. No project is complete until
we receive all “10’s”!!!
Macro Energy remains the single point of contact for all warranty
claims, administering a 5-10-year parts and labor warranty on
installed systems.
